1. Who we are
Mark Distributor operates as an independent Mark Distributors franchise, 2496 Tuckerstone Pkwy, Suite C, Tucker, GA 30084. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Mark Distributor; "you" refers to the business placing an order.
2. Trade accounts
Online pricing and ordering are available to approved trade accounts only. We review each application and may approve, decline or suspend an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Orders & pricing
Prices shown to approved accounts are indicative. Every order is reviewed by our team, and final pricing, freight, taxes, availability and lead time are confirmed by email before the order ships. An order is not binding until we confirm it. We may correct pricing or inventory errors at any time.
4. Payment
Payment terms are set per account (prepay, on delivery, or net terms). Past-due balances may result in orders being held and the account being placed on prepay.
5. Delivery & risk
Delivery windows are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery or will-call pickup. Inspect shipments on receipt and report shortages or damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns
Unopened, resalable stock items may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization; a restocking fee may apply. Special-order, custom and clearance items are non-returnable.
7. Warranty & liability
Products are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
